*🌼ఓటరు తెచ్చిన 14 రకాల identity card లను (Election commission వారి చే అనుమతి o చ బ డిన) క్షుణ్ణంగా పరిశీలించి ఓటు వేయడానికి అనుమతి ఇవ్వాలి.*
*🌼ఓటరు మగ అయితే మార్కుడ్ కాపీ లో ఆ ఓటరు బ్లాక్ ను క్రింద నుంచి పై వైపుకు ఎర్ర సిరా కలముతో అడ్డంగా గీతను గీయాలి.
*🌼ఆడవారైతే మగవారికి లాగే గీతను* *గీస్తూ క్రమ సంఖ్య ను ఎర్రసిరా కలముతో*
*వృత్తం లో ఉంచాలి.*
👉థర్డ్ జెండర్ ఐతే క్రమ సంఖ్య వద్ద * గుర్తును ఉంచాలి.
👉ASD ( Addition, Shifted, Death ) ఓట్ల పట్టిక క్రింద, BLO ల సంతకం.
👉అలాగే రిటర్నింగ్ అధికారి facsimile లేదా ఒరిజినల్ సంతకం పరిశీలించి ధృవపరచుకోవాలి.
👉ఎట్టి పరిస్దితులలో ఓటర్లతో వాగ్యుద్దానికి దిగవద్దు.
👉పోలింగ్ సరళిని పరిశీలించడానికి వచ్చిన అధీకృత వ్యక్తులు అడిగినప్పుడు మరియు ప్రిసైడింగ్ అధికారి ప్రతి రెండు గంటలకు నమోదు చేయవలసి ఉన్నందున పోలైన ఓట్లు మగ,ఆడ,మూడవ లింగ ,శాతాలను తక్షణమే ఇచ్చేటట్లు అప్రమత్తంగా ఉండాలి.*
👉ప్రతి విషయంలోనూ presiding అధికారి వారితో సమన్వయం చేసుకుంటూ ఒత్తిడి లేని ప్రశాంత పోలింగ్ కు దోహదపడాలి.
